Every 1st Friday of month you will find the farmers market taking place at the Marktplatz (market place) of Pappenheim.

The market is a good place to buy fresh products as Franconian specialities, local smoked sausages, smoked ham, fair-trade and organic goods, cheese, bread, noodles etc.

Honey is a good item to take home as a gift. It sure beats shopping at the supermarket!
